A help desk is a resource intended to provide the customer or end user with information and support related to a company's or institution's products and services.

A typical help desk can effectively perform several functions. It provides a single (or multiple) point of contact for users to gain assistance in troubleshooting, get answers to questions, and solve known problems.

We appreciate that from time to time you may need to communicate with your fulfilment depot. Subject to the size of your central team and the scale of operations we also offer the option of a dedicated named account manager to help bridge communication between your central functions and operations.

Top Tip:

When outsourcing to a 3PL your helpdesk is ultimately an extension to your business. Try to establish a primary single point of contact and build relationships as timely and accurate responses to your queries will have a positive impact to your business. Don't take the lowest support package on offer just because it may the cheapest !
